So much for George Bush's promise to nominate someone who would strictly interpret the Constitution of the United States. John Roberts Jr. has been a judge for a short period of time compared to other contenders and has been on record as stating that Roe v. Wade was “wrongly decided” and that he would actively fight to rescind that decision.
